We are planning to use two live streaming options: Facebook livesteam and Google's Hangouts Meet. Read further to see which option you want to use. Please be aware that Google Meet has not been tested, so be prepared for a stumble or two along the way, but I encourage you to give it a try.

Interactice Live Streaming Option (new option being tested)

While the active live streaming option has been tested and works well, since most of us are aren't going to be together we are testing a second option which allows for some interaction to allow for questions, comments etc using Google Hangouts Meet platform. This platform is more like a video conference call where participants are able to be on screen and interact with the speaker/presenter as well as each other. This is available for

FAQ

1. The presenter can mute all participants, but only participants can unmute themselves.
2. Using the Laptop/PC option a GMail account is NOT required, simply enter your name so the presenter will know who is online
